Local cop claims they are going encrypted not just digital marcs anyone else heard this?

Yes. I heard that too from a Pick Co. Sheriff.
Darn shame but no real shocker. Seems to be the way of the future for lots of agencies.

I can hear them now but not sure for how much longer i miss EDACS it was always very clear
