I have the materials to build it, BUT, I do not need it for FM broadcast. I would like to make one for VHF (2 meters) and possibly one for UHF. Does anyone know of a calculator online or the dimensions to build one of these? This is one of a few antennas I want to build and experiment with on the Ham and GMRS bands.

The question is why? The vast majority of 2 meter and 440 signals are vertically polarized. Probably all GMRS. The exceptions would be SSB on the ham bands (horizontal) and satellite communications. Those uses would not be circular except for satellite. There are antennas made by M2 that are egg beater types for satellite use. I have a cross polarized yagi antenna for satellite use made by Arrow. The ARRL Antenna Handbook is a good reference.
