is CISCO f9 ever ENC ?

Im am hearing what sounds like Voice Inversion on F9

Also on Cisco F1 last night I heard a CW ID...Is this Normal for CISCO Freqs ?

Im new to CISCO stuff...Thx for the help!!

Id have guess DES , not Voice Inversion !

Naw. They use radios with DES-OFB (although their keys are only DES-XL). The older System Sabers they used had DES-XL in them as well.

Ill look into this more , I too had thought DES and not Voice Inversion..Only at night does it appear , I can only think of two users of Voice Inversion..Espanola PD & Arron Taxi..perhaps Im getting some kind of Intermod.

Possibly your getting something from the states? Have you checked RR for US usage of the frequencies?? if your only getting it at nightccould be from a long way away? Although alot of CISO activitiy is night time only....

Seems its was intermod, by a cab company...If I used my stock antenna, not the out door one..therewas no CISCO activity...I had thought any Cisco would have been DES not Voice Inversion , so the culprit was intermod...thanks for the help!
