Anyone know offhand who submitted CitiPlaza security to this system?

They left this system a few years ago, took out all their Motorola gear and replaced it all with a repeatered (is that even a word? haha) Kenwood conventional system (461.9375 and 463.1875).
This trunked system isn't near as busy as it used to be... I imagine users are migrating to TRBO/NEXEDGE etc...
