13:45 hrs, Citizen 84 inside bank. Bank of America, District 4, King Sector.
Two suspects alleged robbed citizen inside bank, King officers two min out arrived on scene, confirmed incident, started search of area. Confirmed 7A with two hand guns. Initial reports over radio states victim is suspects ex-boyfriend. (Unconfirmed)
King sector began foot chase at temple Hills rd and Allentown rd, followed suspects into wood line at Ballad off of Temple Hills south of Allentown Rd. Perimeter set up. One suspect ran into a school bus, just emptied, K9 called, Air One en-route, cross fire issues in and near wood line. Frank sector called in to secure perimeter. John sector on scene.
Suspect on a bus, showing himself, jumping off bus, station 10-3 (quite except for King unit).
Suspect went back into bus. Negative response from verbal commands to exit bus. Still movement on bus. Air One on scene.
Confirmed, no others on bus #37. Frank sectors at Bethany Christian Church, recreation center,
1410 hrs Scene called by K9, SOD on the way to staging being setup at Pagetts Corner shopping center

1423 hrs, movement on bus, rear, legs hanging out of it. Plate number (*******) Maryland…
Closing perimeter roads, Allentown, Temple Hills Rd and vicinity.
1448 hrs. Legs back in bus. Bearcat on scene. Numerous vehicle blocking bearcats access to scene, PD vehicles ask to move for access.
15:07 hrs, Suspect just stuck head out rear of bus, Emergency door, and driver’s side.
15:07 Roll call of units inside and outside of perimeter.
15:19 hrs: Negotiations deploying, 2nd Bearcat now on scene. Press, camera and reporter on scene.
15:24 hrs, Suspect hanging out back of bus, looking underneath. Then back inside.
K9 around "Bus" area.
Units switched over to Ops 1 channel, No additional info availible as of yet.
