What frequencies does the Citizens Assisted Patrol in Poinciana on both the Polk and Osceola County sides use to contact their respective Sheriff's Office Dispatcher to request assistance (i.e. Police/Fire/EMS)? Clearly they are not using the regular dispatch frequencies because I'm not hearing anything sounding even remotely like CAP officers.
