Only on the simulcast site array. I have not heard them on any of the wide coverage neighbor sites such as Eldora, Bald Mountain Dakota or Lookout so far.

Patches are still in place AMR is still taking in on the city system.

.
Have only seen them on Thorodin once and it was short lived

Can Boulder FD be heard on any sites besides Boulder silmucast?
So far, unfortunately, it's been rare. As Chris mentioned, the City of Boulder is blanketed with signal from the 4-site simulcast and the radios are programmed to prefer these sites over the others so I wouldn't expect to hear them very often on other sites

Noted the same with the AVD TG and BFIRE-1 dispatch group randomly showing up on Thorodin. Same for LAW-1.

Mtn View fire was doing some radio checks with Boulder dispatch on the DTRS groups yesterday afternoon. Some AMR units are on the DTRS side as well.

Basically if neighboring law and fire agencies are monitoring "The City" they will randomly show up on sites outside the city simulcast.

City system is history as of 10 A.M. this morning.

.
I'm hearing much more activity than usual today on the DTRS. Mostly county fire and SO. Where is city fire and Boulder utes?? Sounds like wasted $$$$ on CBIRS??

Boulder Daily Camera news has an article on the cut-over and the PD has adopted Denver's tactic of a media access contract.

Article is paywalled (Surprise Surprise!) so here are the highlights.

PD offered the Daily Camera use of a radio to monitor them at no charge, sign a 10 page "contract" requiring the news organization to follow the "department's rules" or lose access and hold the news organization liable for "any damages arisen" from information obtained by use of the radio.

Spokesperson for the PD recited the script with the usual why they did this.

The Daily Camera and other media have declined the contract offer.
