The City of Canton (in Cherokee county) went to a digital system. Does anyone know which one and if not encrypted, can you tell me frequency and decimal.

Now, I hope it's not like what is going on in England with the Tetra system where if they go over the maximum number of "key up's", they don't get charged extra!
