Interesting developements in the local municipality.
1. Easley Fire Dept's 154.1450 license was mistakenly allowed to expire. An emergency FCC filing allowed the FD to continue to dispatch on the channel pair.
2. Easley Police Dept has added another UHF frequency 453.6125 PL 123.0 and let the 154.8450/159.0300 frequencies expire. Is the PD moving to only have UHF radios in use?
3. The old city utility frequency of 153.4850 was not updated to narrowband probably because the repeater is too old. This channel will probably be allowed to be cancelled by the FCC.
