City of Fairfield, Digital TRS

According to the FCC database, the city of Fairfield, located in Solano County, has applied for a four-site simulcast digitally trunked radio system. Does anyone know if this will be part of the BAYRICS Project 25 TRS in the future?

Looks like additional frequencies to add to the current Vacaville/Fairfield trunked system. I don't find anything on the license app to show it is digital?

These are additional channels for the 2 city system. I haven't seen anything that says it's digital either, but that's the general direction everything is going. BAYRICS talks about North Bay, i.e. Marin + SF, but not Solano Co. There's also a project to link up all the agencies along the I-80 corridor from the Bay Area to Sac, and then tie that into the regional network. That would also be P25.
