162.660 mhz
162.720 mhz
163.500 mhz
this must be part of the new infastruture for city?

I had a look at that link too (Kingston - EAST) , with its 142 entries ,( since you mentioned it)

I guess it would be a good idea to program anything new and watch to see when they become
active.

155.610 may be paging, possibly digital. Ottawa started using it for digital paging (same arrangement, linked on UHF). The emission type listed is for analog voice, but so is Ottawa's. The other three are narrowband analog (voice) repeaters. Frequency status is "pending" i.e. new but not operating yet.
