City of Mansfield

Ive got a quick question about the City of Mansfield's system. It is a Moto Type II with analog and APCO 25. In the Pro 106, do i program it as a Moto II or as a digital system, and will the scanner automatically decipher which are analog (the Careflite and Mutual Aid) channels and digital (everything else)?
