Maybe mutual aid. 453.7875 is a crossband repeater of QV for Colchester Fire I believe. only 20 watts.

Heard the city's radio test this morning on 154.205 still while working. 453.7875 is listed as Salem's link to 33.90. Maybe there was a link up somewhere at the console? ..... interesting.
