City of Pittsburgh Incident Command

I was listening to the City of Pittsburgh police channels today and they stated they were using an "incident command" channel for a SWAT detail. Does anyone know the frequency for this channel? I took a hiatus from listening for a spell, but I don't remember hearing about an incident command channel before. Thanks for your help and happy holidays.

The Incident Command Channel is listed in the DB. 453.4125. Its a mixed mode channel with a NAC of ACE and a CTCSS of 203.5. when in P25 its normally Repeater and Encryption. Analog is normally simplex and not Encrypted
