I am using Unitrunker with a tapped discriminator on a scanner and using a SDR dongle with SDR# as my audio receiver and finding something interesting and don't know what to make of it. After working out all the frequency adjustments for the SDR (a royal pain in the behind, as the frequency is NOT very accurate on a cheap RTL-SDR dongle), everything is working out as it is supposed to except for ONE frequency. Below is the data I get from the control channel. This varies slightly to what the database here says. My biggest problem is when the traffic is supposed to be on LCN 533; I get static and I see that while it is making SDR go to 853.35000, the frequency I see being broadcasted on is actually 853.31500.

Code:
LCN Frequency
 9 851.23750
462 851.57500
474 851.87500
484 852.12500
494 852.37500
512 852.82500
521 853.05000
533 853.35000

While I'm guessing there aren't too many people using the same hardware and software, I'm curious if anyone recognizes what my issue is.

Rebanded MOT system

Checking the LCNs to frequencies you listed, they all look correct to me. And 533 is in fact 853.3500 so I am not sure why you think it comes up someplace else. I could certainly check my UniTrunker logs for this.

Way back when rebanding was not widely implemented I posted this chart which agrees with your values.

I always had issues with my lil RTLSDR dongle making it past 800mhz. When it did, IIRC the frequencies it gave me on the readout were always extremely wonky and inconsistent. Please post your fix if you come upon one. i'd be very interested in finding out.
