City of Santa Clara Trunked Freqs?

I found this list of freqs for Santa Clara. RR only lists the freqs I marked with an asterisk.

Anyone know if the others are valid and I should add them? I am new to scanning and especially trunked systems.

If I am missing some control or voice freqs, would I be missing calls? I do hear calls, but not as often as I'd expect...

The others are statewide (866.2000 is regional) mutual aid conventional channels and are not part of the trunked system.

866.2625 does look to be related to City of Santa Clara but appears to be a conventional channel. Keep it out though.
