Sounds like Oneida County has started to take over the reigns. Just heard UFD dispatched by one of the former New Hartford Central dispatchers. UPD will likely be next month. Just in time for the holidays!

Oneida County 911 Dispatchers have been doing shifts at Utica 911 center so they can see how things are currently being done.

ah I see. ever since my "informant" left to go work out of state I've had to rely on educated guesses.

I still do not see this as an easy/quick process to move Utica into county 911.

yes OC911 dispatchers are doing shifts at Utica dispatch office to learn the CAD's and dispatch policies, i would assume that it would be completely switched over by years end
