City or County of Tulsa?

Can anyone in the City or County of Tulsa plug in 855.0875 with a DCS tone of 143 and help us identify which hospital is using this freq? I can hear it barely over hear in East Tulsa and am wondering if it might be OSU Med or any other that way? It may also be St. Francis BA? It might even be St John Sapulpa? That is why I am asking for a wide range of listeners to listen in. Let us know what you hear. Thanks....

I entered it into 2 different radios, one on a rooftop antenna and the other on a duckie.
Both went active right away but the signal strength is weak, so I don't think it is Sapulpa. I will keep trying to get some location info, right now they want chairs on the 5th floor.

Shows to be American Electric Power Service Corporation or Nextel License Holdings 4, Inc in the ULS FCC database. Mostly around Ok CIty???????????????
