Found it in my list. R-47 is Grand Rapids.

The inputs are
148.1250 uses 143.5500
148.1500 used 143.7000

What time Sunday for the NET, if you can determine if it is every Sunday, we can update the wiki

The net was at 6:00 or 7:00 p.m. Eastern . Sounded like the net is held the last Sunday of every month.
One guy was using a Johnson radio and had to use up / down button to get to preprogrammed
channel. Think radio had the Id as WMGR for this frequency.

EFJ radios seem to be the common radio issued by CAP.

BTW the wiki has been updated with the other MI Wing Repeaters
