148.125 mHz. PENNCAP 2 calling "any station on the R-49 repeater". Couple of calls, then signed "Nothing heard. Out." Signal relatively strong in southeast Wayne Co.

Was it 131.8 Hz??

This is reported [research] as the Elk Mtn Rptr. ?? Near by??

Did not get PL. Elk Mt is about 30 mi north of receiving location, and I easily hear other xmtrs there, e.g. Susquehanna Co. Fire.

148.1500R used to be active in Lehigh Valley with a open CSQ but not sure if it still is!!

Not sure of this will help but check and see if any of these listed CAP repeaters are close.

Not certain but I think the R49 PA CAP repeater is new and perhaps not listed yet.

It is supposedly in the wayne county area.

How long ago with the CSQ??

CAP narrowbanded 2009/2010 and each Repeater now has it's own unique CTCSS/NAC

148.1500R used to be active in Lehigh Valley with a open CSQ but not sure if it still is!!
