Hi I was trying to find a thread on this subject but could not find it,I wanted to ask what kind of radio system does the Connecticut light and power company use to talk.or do they mainly use computer in the trucks like the police do,I have not found anything on the data base in my area I'm in Walcott and years ago in. My area they were using 37.780 I would hear them say during one of the bad storms to go to an address for wires down blown transformer and it's still in my scanner but now it's been silent,
