It seems that Clackamas county has begun re-banding in earnest, since their licenses have just been modified to add the new freqs. (15MHz lower than the current 866-869MHz freqs.).

SIMULCAST SITES
851.2375
851.3
851.4875
851.85
852.1625
852.1875
852.4375
852.8625
853.2625
853.7625

GOAT MT.
851.9375
852.725
852.8375
852.9875
853.5125

Now the fun begins. Newer scanners will need to be re-flashed or have their band plans changed. Older scanners can, of course, hear the new freqs., but they will not be able to follow the conversations. Start saving your pennies!

The infrastructure is currently being re-banded or the license shows the modifications?

Hmm... this might explain why I didn't hear a peep on the Clackamas system a couple of weeks ago. I might have been out of range, though.

Washington system came in loud and clear.

i'll play with trunker this afternoon when I get home from work and see what I come up with. As far as I know, none of the infrastructure has been retuned yet.

Hearing Clackamas Central Simulcast Site #2 control channel from Clark County on 868.2625 and the Clackamas East Simulcast Site #3 on 867.8375 so no site rebanding going on yet. They are still working on subscriber rebanding in Clackamas County last I heard, once they are completely done they will reband WCCCA and CCOM sites. Or so I have heard.

Lest we forget that users of the 4 "main" regional systems in the area (Portland, Clack/Wash, Clark and Newberg) all share talkgroups in templates. In other words, it would not be such a great idea interoperability wise to retune the Clack/Wash infrastructure before the Portland guys are able to use it in any kind of mutual aid type thing. Portland is barely beginning to sluggishly crawl forward with subscriber rebanding, and won't be done for AT LEAST 1 more year. Possibly up to 2 years. Retuning MAY happen when MOST of Portland is done...whenever that is. :)
