Claremore Phones

Something is up in Rogers County near Claremore. From what I can understand from listining the last little while, Claremore Pd has lost their phones, including 911. I think it is a power outage. Claremore Fire is staging at QT and other type places.

From what I heard on the scanner last night. The East Side of Claremore lost power, including were Claremore PD Dispatch is located. Rogers County SO were taking calls and Dispatching for Claremore PD. All 911 Calls were Transferred to City of Owasso. Rogers County Emergency Management request Foyil to be on stand by and NW Rogers Engine 3 and Verdigris Engine responded to the Command Post set up in Claremore (did catch the location). Power was restored sometime after 10 pm.

sounds like everyone did a great job handling the situation! I like seeing agencies helping each other like that!
