I need clarification on what’s allowed. I know law enforcement simplex/tac/car to car stuff is against TOS, but what about them for fire and EMS? I know I won’t pick up much from my fixed location but sometimes they are close enough to be picked up and they also use them for air to ground for our local medical helicopter.
