I'm getting an error with the link above. I've gotten 2 different errors on their site so I think it's something on their end. I happened to write the freqs down before. they are below:

151.1675
154.0475
155.6925
155.7225
155.7825
145.4825
151.0775
155.7525

they are mobile and fixed. one was for paging.

link above shows the emission type as 11K2F1E and the 2 control channels. I guess this is what I was looking for. be interested to hear if they are doing testing.

"F1E" definitely is a digital emission identifier licensed for all frequencies. 151.0775 mhz. and 151.1675 mhz. are licensed for mobile and control channel operation; a control channel usually is a remote base control input to a repeater. 154.0475 mhz. and 155.6925 mhz. are repeaters and each separately will have one of the two aforementioned 151 mhz. frequencies separately as input. 155.7525 mhz. appears to be a paging frequency and 155.7825 mhz. is a base/mobile simplex assignment. Here's one guess: (mhz.) 154.0475O/151.0775I=FD/RS; 155.6925O/151.1675I=SO; 155.7525S=FD/RS Paging and 155.7825S=Public Utilities or tac. This licensing does not have the characterics of trunked system but two P25 stand alone repeaters and two simplex operations.

I can't receive Clarke Co. so when it becomes operational maybe someone will post the correct frequencies I/Os and users.

155.7225S possibly could be Public Utilities or tac also.

For those that don't follow the system, they are the last ones in the northen part of Virginia that use primary low band frequencies. A couple fire companies have talk arounds in the 155 range. When the county began talking a year and a half ago to upgrade the system, it was only to bring into the 155mhz range. But most nearby counties have at least 1 repeated fire frequency. Earlier this year it was decided they would repeat thier frequencies. However, the new channels were not marked for repeaters.

On the current FCC page for Clarke's frequencies, 2 of those are now marked with "FB2". I take it that means only the primary sheriff's and fire dispatch frequencies will be repeated.

If the link is broke, just check the frequency or admin buttons on Clarke's last application page.

There were supposed to be on air this spring. I programmed all the new freqs listed origionally, and then the ammended ones. I have been listening only to the Clarke freq bank for hour long stretches in the last week or so, and have NOT heard any communications on any of the new freqs. Since many new systems take several weeks or months to "beta test" before they are fully operational, I would say Clarke is not going to be using the new system in the very near future.

I have their new and old systems on the same QK as Winchester and Frederick Co., I haven't heard anything either. just wondering if someone monitoring it more has heard anything.
