You can hear the alert tones on the fire dispatch channels, but I believe the stations are paged independently. So unless they were actively listening to the radio, station 82 would not be woken up at 3am when station 83 was being dispatched to a fallen person. I'm sure for the rural CCFD stations it's the traditional VHF setup with unique PL tones for each station.
