Equipment purchase of eighteen Motorola APX6000 portable digital radios and
accessories for the Henderson Fire Department from Motorola Solutions, Inc., in
the amount of $81,734.04.

Gee, that comes out to only $4540.78 per APX6000 radio & "accessories" for it. Probably doesn't include programming, since I believe only SNACC can program SNACC radios.
Other news, as those of you that monitor Henderson PD have certainly noticed, they did enact some changes last month to patrol district/zones & thus there are some new callsigns for new patrol beats (some callsigns may specifically be for Swing shift patrol units). Also, they finally realized that at-times, the HPD Main channel is pretty saturated, so they've been using Info (aka "Wants") as a Dispatch channel for the East section patrol units, as-well as it still being used for the normal "Info" channel purpose as-well as the channel that they'll put a lot of Code-Red units on. This is despite having some infrequently used tac channels, including an "East" channel, but IMHO, there's never been a lot of common-sense in HPD channel plans or usage.

Reminder: POTUS will be in Vegas this Thursday. AF1 is due to be landing at KLSV around 1830L, possibly 1835L exactly, then the motorcade is taking "MOGUL" to the Las Vegas Convention Center for a rally.
While the major LVMPD & USSS channels related to security should be encrypted, there's likely to be an NCORE mutual-aid talk-group cross-patched & in the clear on SNACC, NSRS, etc. & the LVCC Security repeater on 153.935/67.0 may get interesting. LVCC Maintenance repeater is on 154.860/DCS423.

They were here in Vegas today checking the ILS system at McCarran. One noted difference they usually use 135.85 this time they used 135.95. Flew right over the house!

My scanners picked up a voice comm from "Command Post" Also heard Beale AFB. Apparently a private airplane had an IFE landed Beale? Mooney small aircraft. I'm wondering if this was a satcom NORAD to Beale? Timed beeps during the transmissions. Freq was in my scanner as a possible NORAD WADS 282.6

These coordinates come back to 5050 Koval Lane Hanger 5 which belongs to Sands Aviation.
Sands Aviation provides services to local casinos including Boyd Gaming and MGM Resorts.
This morning, N782MM advised they were a few minutes out. That registration comes back to Mandalay Resort Group aka MGM Resorts.
I think its safe to say 131.4250 belongs to Sands Aviation.
