- Blue Jeans
-Short Hair
-Short Skimy Sideburns
-Ran west on High Street, down railroad Tracks.
- Lives at 2019 Elmsburg
Known Tattoo are:
- His name on his neck
-South on ONE forearm
-Side on the other Forearm

Sounds to me that he is/was apart of a gang here in Springfield, SPD is helping I think.
I was listening to the radio, expecting nothing to happen except maybe a car crash and heard the call go out. Interesting to listen to!

Suspect POSSIBLY caught in front of Rileys at Bechtle and North.
Update - That was not him, it was Larry Calluhan, he ran from the SO Units.
-Larry has been arrested on Drugs, and might be armed from the past.

Update - Possibly in a Green Ford Tarus, female driver, long hair w/glasses.
