what, they are leaving STARCOM??? I know that they have bad portable coverage with only one tower not really close to Marshall itself...

Helped them demo on StarCom. They were using in-car repeaters into StarCom. I would guess in that County they are not getting good portable coverage. The license says MOs on 453s , possible in-car on UHF into VHF NXDN?
