Clark County Twps Fire/ Springfield fire EMS communications

I know the Fire uses CAD with laptops for communications for CITY but does anyone know if the county side has the ability or is using CAD to use their laptops for communicating. I thought I hear some thing the other day, an awful lot of PD and so call use the laptops to send calls as does EMS with city, holds down whats is going on and voice communication plus if they can do laptops MDT use the times are automatically saved therefor no calls to dispatch to save time like in the olden days when we had to call dispatch to get times. Any body know anymore than me??BTW I have four bearcats going CITY County fire ems, Police, Sheriff and state patrol all monitorable channels scanning
