Slapshot, my scanner is Not broken. Just as Tony said, it happens sometimes. I hear their Ch 1 just fine!

What is the P25 NAC for Clark Ch 2? (Same used on Ch 1?)

I believe "skip" was in yesterday, as I heard a few distant stations myself. Perhaps N2ZGE was hearing this licensee instead of Clark: WNVT259 (RUTHERFORD, BOROUGH OF) FCC Callsign Details

Ok now I know for a fact your scanner is broken...
Could be something as simple as updating the firmware (if it has not been updated to the latest version) in the scanner yet, as this happened to me a while back. Frequencies that I thought were encrypted actually turned out to be weak signal P25 due to poor audio decoding from an older, outdated DSP firmware on my BCD436HP.

No change on that channel. They're still analog.
I also observed the same thing as well.
