I meant to add this a while ago, but I forgot to.
I saw where the Clay County Sheriff Department now have a new channel (FCC Callsign WRFN871 (CLAY COUNTY SHERIFF DEPARTMENT))
When I was in Manchester a while back, I got a signal on 453.675 with my Homepatrol 1 and it was just a motor sound. So, I have no idea what kind of digital they are using, and was wanting to know if anyone had any idea? Because all I know is my Homepatrol-1 scanner can't decode it.

Another question regarding Clay County:

Is 453.26250 actually being used as well? So far, I am only hearing traffic on 453.675.
