To my understanding this is supposed to be a Tier 3 system
I will DSD+ scan for it and see what I can come up with.

Sometimes I think certain power companies use computer for dispatch at times unless there is a disaster that hit the area than hear lots of talking.

I was in the NE area last weekend and some days this week. I did see this on 451.0875 dcc 0 tg 87923 rid 81921 82442. It didn't show sysid or site. It is a Tier lll system I did see that pop up on the sds100.

2021/08/24 20:01:47 Freq=451.087500 DCC=0 Bcast Group call; TG=87923 RID=82442 Slot=2 1s
2021/08/24 20:02:13 Freq=451.087500 DCC=0 Group call; TG=87923 RID=81921 Slot=1 Pri2 7s
2021/08/24 20:02:23 Freq=451.087500 DCC=0 Group call; TG=87923 RID=82442 Slot=1 1s
2021/08/24 20:02:25 Freq=451.087500 DCC=0 Group call; TG=87923 RID=81921 Slot=1 Pri2 3s
2021/08/24 20:02:34 Freq=451.087500 DCC=0 Bcast Group call; TG=87923 RID=82442 Slot=2 1s

Now this is below what it came up with. I couldn't find no info on offset freq. I didn't have no freqs and cec inc setup on dsd wasn't too sure if it was up and running. If you see TALAUIN ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE that isn't the system that is another system out in the big bend area. I wonder if anyone else can figure out the system? It might be Network 115.
I have copied and pasted into notepad.

I was looking at the recordings I had when bands were open up. On 451.0875 Color 0 Site 2 tg 87923 that's all I see on the sds100.

Stumbled across Lake City on 451.1375 SDRTrunk is showing VOTE NOW FOR TINY NETWORK:0 SITE: 6 so, not sure if that means that Lake City is Site 6 or if that is something else entirely.

Also, had a channel grant for LSN 2050 LCN 1024 on the same system as well while using SDRTrunk, so not quite sure what that means in the context of if thats a bad read on the CC since its faint and fading in and out, or if that maps to a channel number.

DSDPlusFL is showing me CH3 is CC, with channels 3,4,5,6 and nothing for 1,2. Guessing either they don't exist, or not enough traffic to loop back around to 1 and 2. Don't really know how DMR TIII works. Sadly, I don't have DSDPlus FL set up to use the dongles directly, just piping in audio from SDR++ straight into it and trying to view the spectrum while SDRTrunk uses the other dongle to see what data correlations I can make.

Edit: Well, just had another vote for tiny network site 2, so must be something else entirely.

DMR T3 works different from Con+ & Cap+. Have you seen any TG's pop up on that system? I couldn't get much on that system last time I was over that way back in August. Hoping this trip coming up to get more info and hoping to get all sites & info.

Groups just seem to be 87921 and 87922
TIII, 1, 87921, 50, Normal, 7, 2021/10/20 17:17, ""
TIII, 1, 87922, 50, Normal, 10, 2021/10/21 13:11, ""

Yeah, they don't seem to stay very busy on there, but I had a little activity just before I got tired of listening, the signal was getting pretty bad so I'll just have to wait and try to monitor it again in the early morning or late evening sometime.

Do you know what RF Spacing they are using?
Guessing on these TalkGroups
87921 Channel 1
87922 Channel 2
*87923 Channel 3 (I did hear someone say Channel 3 back in Aug 2021 on Freq 451.0875)

When I to use the DMR Tlll/LSN/LCN freq calculator and used RF Spacing 6.25khz and plug in Ref Fre 451.1375 and Ref LSN 250 it shows up LSN 249/250 & LCN as 124.

On 12/10 I was on i75 near Gainesville and got a hit on (sds100) 451.2125 lcn 2054 color 0 and tg 87924. The screen shows site 6. I didn't stop anywhere to use dsdplus to confirm if it is 4.1 or 6. Last time I was near there I was using dsdplus was showing 4.1 Here is a pdf file I setup a few months back anyone can confirm on lcns and sites?

I was not able to find any of those freqs listed on the DB. I don't think they use the last 5 digits of the freq like that.

here is the FRN list

I wasn't able to pick up anything on those freqs, but I might be too far west of Lake City to get them. I can get the Lake City site pretty decently sometimes, the ones I've already covered at 451.1375 and 452.0125. Just tuned in to them for a bit actually, and getting voice activity on both. Not really doing any advanced TIII decoding though, just the voice. CEC isn't in my usual rotation of stuff to listen to.
