Hi,
I'm visiting the area from Ontario, Canada and I have my 296D scanner with me. I have been scanning a trunk system that is Motorola and the closest I could find in the database was Statewide Law Enforcement (http://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?sid=1678). According to the database the system is running Edacs.
It also says that I am apparently picking up the Franklin tower.
If anyone could help me out I would appreciate it.
