Cleveland Area

I am new to the Cleveland area. It look as if I will have no joy scanning Cleveland. Is this true?

It depends on where you are and what you plan on listening to.

Cleveland city? You'll have problems, unless you buy an old Astro Saber that does VSELP and program it up from there, since that's all that the police/FD uses.

Ohio, MARCS is digital, and a state-wide system, works well... sounds good.

idk what you're after in terms of monitoring, there's a wealth.
