click on dutchess county sheriff chanel

The past two nights i have been hearing a click on 155.64
when they talk. You can them ok, but there is a clicking sound
when they talk. I know it is not my scanner cause every else
is ok. Is there something worng in there radio systum?

Yes, I can also hear the clicking. It is not loud, but it is there.
