On 5-19-20 at 11:00 AM EDT Clifton Police switched their operations to the NJICS.
All their talk-groups are encrypted an thus UN-monitorable.
However, Their two (2) VHF channels are now allocated to OEM as PD local/backup to NJICS
and are now covered by this audio feed.
