154.220 getting bursts once in a while maybe its not Clinton Co Indiana just on this freq. Lift station? Water tower? Fire pagers?

Have you checked the rrdb because that frequency is listed under fire dispatch however the license expired in 2022. It could be a simulcast of the state trs system for your county

It is the Clinton Co Indiana Fire VHF simulcast freq so I do hear voice comms, incidents on NB 65 about the 156mm for example. but nothing immediately after the tones. Its seems to occur early mornings (0400 local EST) or late evening like after 11pm. Does someone using DTMF only have to ID?

Yes, 10/24 would be a current license but Scanner996p2 posted posted 2022 expiration which for a second made me think 1) Clinton Co should NOT be using this freq unless they have a renewal not updated or app pending 2) that another entity doing the DTMF is out of state and the hours seem match the times I can get Urbana Il. paging 155.040 or Ohio fire on 154.130.
Then I checked the link 9996P2 posted (how I already knew Clinton Co was on 154.220) but the license did not show 2022 expiration. Pehaps I misspoke calling 154..220 voice a simulcast when it is really just paging. my bad. I want to know who is using the 145.220 for the DTMF and why.... paging, signaling utilities, etc.
