Clinton County's P25 system has finally come to life.
I'm going to leave the system in "staging" until someone in the area can verify the control channel assignments for the old SmartZone system. Since these two systems are sharing frequencies, it's important that we have updated info on what control channels each system is using, in particular the primary (active) control channels.
