i live in shiawassee county. 7 miles from border on m-21. can't pick up anything or hear anything. i know clinton county is to cheap to have their own p25 system so they spunge off from ingham county. i have all freqs and talk groups programmed in my 3 bcd996p2's with no joy on hearing them. sorry if i come off very upset about clinton county. i lived there for about 10 years. one of the most corrupted counties in michigan, during that time frame ( sheriff dept, courts, local police. )

To reliably get them you need to program as I mentioned in the text in the MPSCS disclaimer I mentioned here -

I had someone in the same situation I worked with awhile back and it was the only way we found it worked. Since you have desktops vs portables you would at the very least program in the control frequencies for shiawasee in the Clinton county MPSCS setup.
