If you are monitoring with any kind of a weak signal, I would recommend you do NOT rely on affiliations only for logging talkgroups. The only way I would accept a non-matching TGID/RID is with voice or multiple hits. 641022 on TG 16410 would be a matching one (Hartford FD Car 6-M).
The metropolis of Bethlehem would likely not have a large number of talkgroups. If they came online, I would expect to see perhaps 11001 through 11010
Radio IDs for municipalities typically start in a low range. So, I would be leery about a small town radio being 106864. Ones I would have more confidence with might appear as 101001, 106201, or something like that (I made those two up)

Yes, I would like to update that list with accurate information. A 10xxxx ID would typically correspond with municipality 10, Bethlehem.
However, I don't see any listings of a Bethlehem talkgroup nor have I seen any sign of them being associated with CLMRN other than DESPP Interops. Just don't want to jump to conclusions before updating the list, lest there be a misunderstanding like Avon with CT Transit or Andover with Stamford Ambulance where the municipal code convention is not followed.

853.38750
852.65000 -Secondary CC
852.26250

773.33125 -Secondary CC
772.85625

As I posted, Troop C, D, & L are still to be done. Since the post was about Troop K expansion, I left it to the reader to figure out that those three were in line for more channels as well, but yes, you will.
What is this upgrade that's going on?
I rarely scan CLMRN anymore

Additional channel capacity to those 4 simulcast sites. When it is done, Troop B will be the only main Troop Simulcast that is not 12 frequencies (22 talkpaths).

Oh that's awesome.
Is there a timeline for this to becoming completed?

Yale now has a CLMRN simulcast Site up and running but not yet in service. It has no neighbors/radios/groups seen in the hour I monitored it. There are 6 sites that make up the simulcast cell.
CLMRN BEE00.3A9 3.3
859.8875 - CC
858.8875 - SCC

Is this going to be for Yale PD, or does it encase the hospitals as well? I thought the hospitals were using DMR..

I don't know. I would imagine since it is 10 talkpaths and they put them at each Yale facility it will be for more than just PD. It will be for CLMRN users too.
Sites are in the license but
237 Derby Ave NH (near Yale Bowl & sports fields)
165 Whitney Ave NH (SE of main campus)
25 Science Park NH (NW of main campus)
850 West Campus Dr WH (Yale West Campus)
30 York St NH (Hospital)
200 Conrad Dr NH (Yale Golf Course)

They also have a 5 frequency single site license at the Hospital at 15 York St. It is 10 watts so I would guess it may be inside the facility there. I saw no activity on the frequencies licensed while monitoring from West Rock Ridge SP. May not be running or may be very small footprint.

Yes so far it is in "Site Trunking" mode, so it seems like it isn't affiliated with the master controller yet. Just a standalone site right now.

The hospital is 20 York Street. 15 York Street is actually a Yale University building, so I would suspect this system is all for the University.
