65XXX are normally Dispatch positions but I have this one logged as an NCC UID.UID 65056.
Been monitoring Site A, L, and I for the past 5 days or so. Some new TG's anyone can help identify:
TG3037 - Site L Simulcast - UID's 1851011, 1851065, 1859009.
Appears to be Prison/Judicial Marshals North TG. Heard bits about transporting/opening gates at (MacDougall)-Walker, coming from Garner, and Cheshire.
There's already South, West, East, Statewide, and Transports TG's for JM's. What could this be? (Still monitoring to see if I can hear more). I see on the old CSP system they had a North makes sense. Submitted to Database.
TG2017 - Site A Simulcast - UID 65056.
No idea. Heard some references to DOT. This appears to be a State Police TG as the UID's line up with some other 65,xxx's heard on L, A, and Statewide Commons.
TG1544 - Site L Simulcast - UID's 1871002, 1824187.
Appears to be DEHMS TG. UID's line up with other DEHMS UID's and the TG is near other DEHMS TG's.
Heard some talk about Busses picking people up at a Marriott, and referred to dispatch as "Command Post"
Service Patrol?Sounded like DOT service trucks
The only other DOT TGs I ever heard was 1701 which was a patch from the Low Band channel. I woder if that could have been a test and DOT will use 56xx you suggested. It will probably take a lot of listening as DOT was always very quiet in the past.Service Patrol?
Maybe 56XX units are DOT?
I wonder if 5661 and 5663 are patches from the low band? IIRC prior to CLMRN ConnDOT only used low band for wide area comms and UHF or VHF hi simplex for flaggers, etc.I heard reference to "...Service Patrol channel" on TG 5662, from site 27. The UID on that call was 187xxxx - referring to themselves as "Hartford operations center". Most of the other calls on TG 5661 and 5663 had no UIDs, and sounded like patches from an analog system.
I had to lock them out. I can't believe the number of radios they have for a tiny tourist seasonal town.Bunch of testing going on the last few hours in Stonington
Been hearing lots of activity on UCONN TG. Maybe something to do with opening of school.I just found a new Site which is 33, it's being used for Rentschler Stadium
