I just got a SDS100 primarily for CSP, I live in east Hampton and for the life of me can not get troop k simulcast to work..”IF” I can get the control channel to lock it will grab a TG but will not unmute and revert back the CC. troop H simulcast seems to work just fine traveling around East Hartford Manchester and south Windsor. But not with troop K. it’s like I’m missing frequencies but cross checked them in RR database. if anyone could help that would be great.

Right now the CC is 853.9125 if that helps
Getting them fine from my location.
Try setting your filter to "Wide Normal". You might be getting some local interference on that CC freq. And set your squelch to zero. The 2 setting is too tight sometimes.
you know I did these 2 things and you solved my problem! I’m in a dead spot. I ordered an 800mhz antenna too so that should help.

Hey happy I could help. I have been giving Uniden improvement suggestions for years now (yes about 2 years now) for things like the need for the squelch settings to be customized more and other things. But Uniden has left us all in the cold as of now with NO firmware updates. Maybe they will surprise us some day with fixes, but don't hold your breath.
