The PRO-95 is analog only and does not support 700 MHz frequencies. The WS1040 will decode P25 Phase 1. What is your city, county, and state and which agencies would you like to monitor? For the WS1040, you can use ARC500 or PSREdit500 software. I use Butel ARC500 Basic for my PRO-106, the older brother of the WS1040. Both use the same software.

Here is an ARC500 file for Cleveland County with the OKWIN P25 trunked system. I will add conventional frequencies when I get time. Save the attached zipped file to your computer and extract. Open the extracted file with ARC500 and Upload to Scanner. Scan lists as follows:

SCAN LISTS:
1. CleveCo Services
2. CleveCo EmergOps
3. CleveCo Fire/EMS
4. CleveCo EMS/Hosp
5. CleveCo Law
6. OK Hwy Patrol

Can someone make me a win95 file for Norman Oklahoma in Cleveland county. When I get back home I'm going to upload my Arc 500 file I need someone to look at it and see if it's set up right.

I went ahead and go to subscription to radio reference.com so it automatically downloaded the data so I don't know if it's set up right but if y'all could take a look at it I'd appreciate it
