Close Call - P25 and Analog Same Freq?

Hello... New to using close call on my 346xt and i have a question on the results I found in the stored freq system. Some of the channels that were listed as hits I know for sure are operating in P25, but there were some other hits with the same frequency listed and a PL code.. Does this mean at some point during the day they switched, or can switch between analog operation and P25 ?

Basically means that they probably have both P25 and analog capabilities with their radios.
The National park here in Tennessee uses P25 99% of the time, but they have the ability to switch to analog if they need to talk with outside agencies such as Lifestar which is a medical helicopter.
