Close-call with tone search

I don't know if this is already been said but I want to know why I can't save the tone when I save frequency with the close-call with my BCD396XT?

Is it normal or I do something wrong?

Another feature I would like to have is that my scanner notify me when he found a frequency in close-call search and store.

You did set to search for CTCSS/DCS in the Search Close Call Options?

yes I set the CTCSS/DSC tone search and when the XT found a frequency, it show the tone but when I save it, the tone it's not saved.

What is the frequency, tone/code, and mode?

the frequency is 410.400 tone 103.5 NFM but when I saved, it only save 410.400
