Close Call

I have a 396xt and was wondering what is the best setting to listen to the police on Close Call. Can I do close call on a specific system? Live in Oakland California if that helps.

Have a read of the close call wiki page, this explains how it works. Basically it finds strong local signals, up to 250m. It does not work with systems like you are thinking.
