Noticed today that Freedon Division Dispatch is on 8528 instead of the usual 8496. Anyone notice the same, and why?

Yeah, there's been a lot of traffic on the old Adam-3 tg.
At first I thought it might have been being used for surveillance.
But no such luck.
According to RR it was a shared tg with Westover.
Just goes to show you, if it says it's not active, don't believe it.
