Cmpd North/university Talk Groups

I moniter CMPD, and yesterday & today I have noticed that on talk groups 8912 and 10992 (North & University divisions) they have gone completely silent. The respective conference cannels work, but not the main dispatch channels. I have 2 scanners and pick up all other CMPD divisions and have heard 8912 and 10992 plenty in the the past, so I know its not my scanner. Is anyone aware of any talk group change or know what other problem I may be encountering?
