CN/CP frequency

does anyone know the CN and also CP frequency for the toronto, north york area? and for the lambton yard?and does anyone here know of any good channels for trains in the toronto area??

I just updated the CN and CP with what I had. I still working on CP Rail.

I only have access to the Oshawa area yards, so if you come accross the yard info for north Toronto, let us know and they can be added to the list.
